Support is answered by staff on Discord. No response time is promised. Include your order reference and the email you paid with. We are responsible for Delta Negative, for support, and for deciding refunds. Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, takes the payment and sends the receipt.
What you are buying
Delta Negative Premium unlocks the Premium features of the Delta Negative app for your account: a 6 Months plan (180 days) or a Yearly plan (365 days). The app and its updates are free. The full list is on the pricing page.
Delivery
Premium is digital. It is switched on for your account within minutes of your payment being confirmed, and the app picks it up the next time it checks in. Nothing is shipped. If it has not appeared after an hour, contact us with your order reference.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars, plus any sales tax or VAT that Lemon Squeezy adds at checkout. The charge on your statement starts with LEMSQZY*. We do not see or store your card details. We do not add a surcharge for any card type.
