Every account can use full Premium for 10 days, without a card, before paying.

Asking for a refund

You can cancel a purchase and get your money back within 7 days of buying it, without giving a reason. A refund revokes all the privileges that purchase gave you, so Premium stops (see below). Contact [email protected] with your order reference and the email you paid with. After 7 days, we will still look at any request, but we are not obliged to refund.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back through Lemon Squeezy to the card or account you paid with, in US dollars, for the full amount you were charged, including any tax. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate. We start the refund within 5 business days of agreeing to it. Lemon Squeezy says a refund can take up to 10 days to show on your statement, where it appears under a name starting with LEMSQZY*.

Disputes with your bank

If you dispute a charge with your bank (a chargeback) instead of contacting us, Lemon Squeezy handles the dispute and usually refunds the payment; Premium from that purchase then stops. Lemon Squeezy may also refund a purchase itself, for example to head off a chargeback, with the same result. Please contact us first; it is faster.

What a refund does

An approved refund removes what that purchase added. For a 6 Months or Yearly order, that is the 180 or 365 days it added; for a Lifetime order, it is the Lifetime entitlement. If no time is left, Premium stops at your next check. The free tier keeps working.
