Privacy policy
This policy explains what Delta Negative stores about you when you use an account, why, and how to get it deleted. The responsible party is Delta Negative. Contact: [email protected].
The short version
- The free tier needs no account and sends us nothing.
- Your setups, telemetry, history, replays and lap library stay on your PC. They are uploaded only when you share an item with friends or a group, and then only that item.
- Card details never reach us. Payments are handled by the payment provider.
- You can export your data and delete your account at any time.

What other people see
- Friends see your name and tag, and the library items you let them see. Lists are seen only by you.
- Members of a group see each other’s names and tags, and the group’s library.
- Search shows your name and tag only if you turned it on. Your email, sign-in ids and PC names are never shown to other people.
- A shared reference lap carries the driver name unless the sender removes it.
- Your stats card goes to your friends and groups by default. You can turn it off, limit it to lists, or leave sections out. Your history itself never leaves your PC.
- Shared items are encrypted in transit and stored on our server. They are not end-to-end encrypted.
Copies a friend already imported stay on their PC after an item is unsent or removed, or after you delete your account.
Who else handles data
Paystack (payments), Discord, Google and Steam (sign-in), Cloudflare (our website, release downloads, backups and the network in front of our server) and the company that hosts our server. Our server and these providers may be outside South Africa, where the data is processed under their own terms.
Your rights
You can see, export, correct and delete what we hold. Use "Download my data" and "Delete account" on your account page, or contact us. Deleting an account needs a fresh sign-in, stops Premium at once, and completes after 14 days; signing in during that time cancels it. On completion we delete your account, sign-ins, PCs and Discord role data. The audit log is anonymised. Orders are kept without a link to you.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal information, you can complain to South Africa's Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
Cookies
The account page sets one sign-in session cookie. There are no tracking cookies.
Age
You must be at least 13, the minimum age of Discord, Google and Steam.
